Where the GDPR applies, processing rests on Article 6(1)(b) (responding to your message), Article 6(1)(f) (operating a secure site), and Article 6(1)(a) (consent for non-essential cookies). For visitors in Canada we follow PIPEDA and applicable provincial rules.

5. Advertising and third parties

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and document the exchange. Server logs are retained for a short operational period. The consent flag remains until you clear site data.
